Well, something finally went wrong

custerOneof the computers here had been acting up when we left, and today I decided to scrap the thing. Well, I had to move certain things such as the pocket PC and digital cameras to one of the two remaining PCs.
It wasn't exactly trouble free either, as it resulted in no less than seven USB devices on one of the systems. In the process of installing the drivers for the digital camera so I could get the pictures out of it I've been trying to get out since we got home, it somehow erased them all.
In several cases I made a point of taking a regular film picture along with the digital one, so I didn't lose everything. But there were a fair number of digital only pictures and this was really aggravating. And I have to wait to finish the film roll before I know if those came out or not.
Fuck.
