Without going into details you can all pretty much guess, the result is the first phone is destroyed, <lj user="martes"> phone changed phone numbers but did NOT get the cell phone number I've had for 15 years, and now twitter functionality, which it previously had, is gone. New chip does not support short codes.
I'm scrambling to save my phone number by transferring it to another service.
