Not something I expected to come away from a furry con with

There were a couple of guys at FC2009 distributing propaganda and fliers for some minor celebrity called "Doctor Steel". This attracted an undue amount of my attention due to the rest of the convention being such a deadly bore.

I had heard an audio bumper for this guy years back, but thought it was a one time appearance of a made up character in someone's radio show. Nope, he's real. Hasn't been active for the past couple of months, I never got a response to my recruitment submission, so I don't know what the present state of affairs is. I did find it interesting that his recruitment office is located in Santa Clarita, as thats where I happen to live. Either he has a loyal fan handling his stuff or hes actually a local himself.
