Editorial for issue #49

I'm writing it at work on my Pocket PC. It suddenly occurred to me today that I don't have to guard my words anymore, and I can actually say whatever I want to in this issue.

So - I'm going back and rewriting the whole thing, and so it will be a more interesting read......
