While I was getting my coffee this morning (at 0350) a CHP cruiser showed up at the circle K for the same purpose.
I guess the CHP has been having incidents on the night shift. These guys were wearing jumpsuits that obviously incorporated a lot of body armor. The car had three long guns in it - the usual shotgun as well as two assault rifles with laser dot sights. What's been going on here at night?
