I just worked out my 5 week calendar. I'm only going to be home one weekend out of the next four. It looks like my schedule from the Army days.

I have Anthrocon from 11-14 July, and Comic-Con from 1-4 August. I have a 6 day trip home to Connecticut that got postponed when Ashley disappeared, and I have that tentatively scheduled in between the other two. This so I can get it done and go back to work as soon as Comic-Con is over. As I will be out of town 14 of the 28 days between now & then, I have to list August 5 as my "available" date.

It was martes birthday yesterday. I would have made a cake, but she doesn't trust my cooking, so instead we went to a nice dinner at Claim Jumper with arnequis, calicougar and their husbands, who unlike myself do not use LJ. I have enough leftover food to last from now to Anthrocon, now just three days away.

I have a lot of bookbinding to do, and I want to have the book boxes ready to go today. I assume I can pack them in regular cardboard boxes as we are going on a nonstop flight this time. 42 Lb boxes are difficult things to manage changing flights as you can only carry one of them at a time and they don't have wheels.

This will probably be the last community journal entry before the convention. See you there!
